The event was held at the Mamie Doud Eisenhower Public Library at 3 Community Park Road at 4:00 PM on November 15, 2001. The inside of the program contains a schedule for the event, which included opening remarks by Broomfield Mayor Karen Staurt, words from Colorado Governor Bill Owens, performances, and recognition of Broomfield citizens.
