A sheet of instructions for assembling, cleaning, and using a meat grinder and chopper, undated. The sheet is 8" x 11" on a waxy paper. The first page on one side has different illustrated directions for assembly of the grinder, one for grinding meat and the other for chopping vegetables and cooked meat. The second page on the other side gives directions for using the grinder, with an illustrated example. A picture and list of all the grinder's parts are also displayed.
The grinder was made by Chicago Flexible Shaft Company. The number "3940P" is printed in the lower left corner of the second page.Collection
