A scrapbook compiled by the Broomfield Historical Society, circa 1979. The book is 9.5" x 11.5" with hard cover and interior spiral binding, containing a total of 10 double sided sleeved pages. The front and back covers have a color illustration of a rural landscape with a town, and horses and buggies in the foreground. Contents include photocopies of newspaper clippings, magazine and book articles, Loraine School photographs, Broomfield event programs, correspondence, money orders, and typed histories written by longtime Broomfield resident Miles Crawford. Many of the photocopies are of documents that the Crawford family originally owned pertaining to the Broomfield Post Office, and Broomfield at large. It is possible that Miles Crawford assisted with the compilation of the scrapbook.Collection
