Scope and Content

A blank check for Broomfield State Bank, circa 1920s. The check is 5.5" x 6", with two parts connected along a dotted line for ripping; one half is the check, the other a check receipt. It is torn along the top section. The bank opened around 1920, but closed in the 1930s during the Great Depression.
