(a) Item is a catalog from the Broomfield Out Loud Showcase. The cover of the magazine is red and features the Broomfield Arts and History logo at the very top. The title, "Broomfield Out Loud Showcase" is printed on the front cover above the words "Where Community Stories Come Alive," as well as information about the event, which occurred on October 18, 2024 at 7 p.m. in the Broomfield Auditorium. The back cover features a list of sponsors.
The first page contains an introduction with information about the program and its goals. The program itself aimed to gather oral histories from Broomfield residents and pair them with local artists, who used different mediums to capture the essence of these experiences. Most of the pages are dedicated to highlighting the staff who worked on the program and the artist-storyteller pairings featured in the showcase. Each resident whose story was preserved reflected on their life in Broomfield, as well as their personal journeys.
