Provenance

Notes

Custodial History: This card is part of a larger collection originally owned by Robert C. Ide, who donated it to the Broomfield Depot Museum in 2012 (see accession 2012.7). He obtained the records from his employer, Transamerica Development Company, in the 1970s after he worked selling many of their assets in the Broomfield area. Transamerica had also acquired several documents from Turnpike Land Company in 1964, which itself had previously acquired the records of Broomfield Reservoir and Ditch Company and The Broomfield Company in 1955.
