A 12-month calendar circulated by Health Center Pharmacy, 1984. The calendar is 9.5" x 10" when closed, 10" x 17" when open. The front has a Norman Rockwell illustration of a man with a pipe looking at a snowman, with a child and dog peering from behind the snowman. Each month also has a Rockwell illustration. The back cover page is longer than the calndar pages, with charts for writing in family prescription and immunization records. The reverse side has American Medical Association first aid recommendations printed. The second to last page also has information on life-saving tips for injuries and bleeding. When closed, the calendar has a banner at the bottom with the Health Center Pharmacy's address information at 80 Garden Center, phone number 466-2411. Glen Hopson, R.Ph. is listed as the pharmacist, with a small cartoon illustration of him.Collection
