A promotional photo of Willard (Bill) Waterman, who was "The Great Gildersleeve" as the honorary water commisioner for Broomfield Heights. In the photo Gildersleeve, who adopts the theorum that seeing is believing, is served a glass of water by B.F. Swan, right one of the developers of Broomfield Heights, and Mrs. Richard L.
