A photo of Richard List, first baby born in Broomfield, with his mother at their home. They are doing yard work. Note landscaping around the house and the clothes on the clothes line. (b/w) The Lists lived at 505 W 3rd Ave Dr. Label from 2021 Exhibit: The List Family Home at 505 West 3rd Ave Dr., c. 1959 Each home came with two trees, one shade tree and one ornamental tree, at no additional cost to the buyer. Here Richard List - the first baby born in Broomfield Heights in January of 1956 - helps his mother in the yard of their First Filing home. 1979.1.19 Gift of Empire Savings Bank
