Scope and Content

1 Charter for the City of Broomfield, Colorado. Adopted by the BROOMFIELD CONVENTION on May 30, 1974, By Authority of Article XX of the Constitution of The State of Colorado and Approved by the CITIZENS OF BROOMFIELD, COLORADO at a Special Election held on November 5, 1974. The members of the Charter Commission of the City of Broomfield, Colorado submitted to the voters of the City a proposed Home Rule Charter under which a Council-Manager form of government is established.
