Abstract of title from the Boulder County Abstract title Company for property that became the Brunner Farm (at the house's original location along 120th). Digital file only, PDF. Original document remains with Brunner family. Document outlines the history of the property from its first sale in 1893 (from the State of Colorado to Lewis E. Craine) until 1946 when the property transferred from Albert Brunner to his son Lester C. Brunner. Albert had purchased the land from his in-laws, listed here as Fred Berges. The land, or parcels of the original homestead, changes hands multiple times. Both Harry Brown and John Crooks owned parts of the land at some point, among others. Includes map of Boulder County homesteads per the Homestead Act. The area is described as follows, "South half of south East Quarter and East half of North East Quarter, South West Quarter Section Thirty-six" in "Township One South Range Sixty-nine West".
