Description

This a fragment of a green glazed saucer plate. It is whiteware. There is one scallop design on rim with a slight flare. It has a raised bottom base rim. The fragment of the plate measures 1.5" (h) x 6.5" (w) x 10" (l).

From Registration Sheet: Mr. Wilson owns the site and gave permission for the excavating. These items came from the dirt pile that resulted when the well and cistern were dug up at the Jones Hall site. Jones Hall was built in 1906 by Edgar J. Jones. It burned down in 1972.
