Description

This is a fragment of a saucer. The fragment is of the rim of the plate, that has a curved edge that indicates it would have had a scalloped edge. The glaze on the plate is mostly different shades of blue with some white in the designs. The saucer has crazing happening to the glaze. It appears as though there was some design features drawn into the saucer before it was glazed with its raised topography. The back of the fragment is glazed in white. The fragment measures 1.25" (w) x 2" (l).
