Description

Black and white photograph print of the Broomfield train depot on its new foundation/basement at 2201 West 10th Avenue near Lac Amora Park (now Zang Spur Park), 1976. The view of the depot is from the waiting room side, with the door to the depot waiting area and three windows to the waiting area and station agent's office clearly visible. One can see into the basement space under construction in the foundation beneath the depot. There is a dirt road in the lower left corner of the image, with a field with some dirt patches in front of the depot. Two houses can be seen on either side in the background.
