Black and white photograph print of Dick Boccard speaking to fellow Broomfield Jaycees, City of Broomfield officials, and Broomfield Bicentennial Commission members at the dedication of the new Broomfield train depot site at 2201 West 10th Avenue near Lac Amora Park (now Zang Spur Park), 1976. Boccard was the Centennial-Bicentennial Celebration Chairman and a former Jaycees President who helped plan and implement the depot move; he is the man in black slacks and a checkered white shirt and sunglasses. Former Broomfield Mayor Jack Elliott is just behind Boccard. Broomfield Jaycees President Robert Lewis is in a wheelchair wearing a Jaycees vest to the far right. Rev. Robert Berthelson is to Lewis' left. An inscription in marker on the reverse side reads, "Dick Boccard at Dedication of Zang's Spur Park July 7."
