Black and white photograph print of a "Texas Zephyr" diesel locomotive traveling through a snowy landscape, circa 1955-1960. The print is 3" x 4." The image shows C&S unit #701-D, with the labels "Burlington" and "Burlington Route" visible on the side and front of the train. The train itself is silver in color. A few leafless trees and telephone poles are also visible behind the train and in the background. Texas Zephyr passenger trains operated jointly between the Colorado and Southern Railway and Fort Worth and Denver Railway, subsidiaries of the Chicago, Burlington, and Quincy Railroad. It operated from 1940 to 1967.
