Name/Title
North-Looking View of a Denver Utah & Pacific Railroad GradeEntry/Object ID
ph.211Description
Black and white photograph print of the site of a Denver, Utah and Pacific Railroad (DU&P) grade, circa 1975. The grade was apparently near the land for Brunner Farm; DU&P operated in Broomfield in the 1880s. The print is 4.5" x 7", resin coated. The image depicts a field of grass, with a wired fence and telephone poles seen on the left edge lined up toward the camera. A slight dip can be seen in the grass on the right, possibly indicating the grade. Several houses can be seen in the distant background.
The reverse side has inscription in black ink, stating "DU&P Grade Looking North."Photograph Details
