United Bank building under construction

Name/Title

United Bank building under construction

Entry/Object ID

ph.1090

Description

Black and white photograph print of the United Bank building construction, circa 1970. The print is 8" x 10" silver gelatin with glossy finish. A ground level view of the completed, foundational structure of the brick building is seen. A man stands on scaffolding to the right of the print. Stacks of cinder blocks sit near the scaffolding. The reverse side has the inscription "1090." The numbers relate to corresponding negatives (not yet identified in Museum collections). Another inscription reads "1-86." This number was probably used by the photograph's original owner. "United Bank Construction" is written in blue pencil under this number, likely written later.
