The image shows the white, brick building from the front, with a large "Broomfield Rental" sign above the door. Storefront windows with various signs flank the front door. The street in front of the building has a stop sign, and four pickup trucks parked on or around it. A man in a blue polo shirt can be seen looking inside one of the trucks. A camper trailer, shed, and trees can be seen to the left of the building and in the background. Inscription, in ink, on the front paper border of the slide states, "Lelands Rental formerly Red & White Grocery."
