White styrofoam hat with red, white and blue paper ribbon around the crown. Ribbon reads "Vote yes on C" and "Proud to be an American!" On the inside of the hat is a sticker that reads "Carols costume works ltd / 8225 / 12574 - natural foam skimr / $2.50".
Hat and "Yes On C" relates to the vote for Broomfield to become it's own County in November 2001.
