Description

A 35mm color slide of a house at 7460 West 120th Avenue, 1979. According to research done by Broomfield Depot Museum staff in 1979, the man who ran the Denver grain elevator lived in this house in 1924. The house later came under the ownership of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Vaughn, previously an agent and resident of the Broomfield train depot. The image shows the white house with a gabled, shingle roof with brick chimney and blue shutters on each window with a diamond shape carved into them. The front porch has an overhanging roof over the front door. Inscription, ink, on the front paper border states, "7460 W. 120th."
