Colorado and Southern Railway Company certificate of examination No. 6810 dated Sept 13th, 1920. This certificate certifies that Mr. Harold Westeman passed the exam on the rules and regulations of the operating department, qualifying him to be a locomotive engineer. Signed by Harold Westeman, James Farrell (Examiner), and the Division Superintedent (whose name is difficult to make out). The paper itself is very aged with a yellow tint to the whole piece. The certificate is in a black frame, and some of the paint has chipped off on the edges and various other spots on the frame. The frame can be hung using the wire attached to the back of it.Collection
