Color photograph print of a 4th grade class at Emerald Elementary School, 1965. The print (2017.18.5a) is 5" x 7," framed in a larger matte autograph card (2017.18.5b). The image shows 26 students in three rows posing in front of collapsed wooden gym bleachers, presumably at the school. The teacher, identified as "Mrs. Miller" by the photograph's original owner, Sharon Campbell (nee Sauter), is standing to the right. Sharon is standing five from the left in the back row.
The autograph card is made of a paper board and folded, blue on the outside. The card opens to show several autographs of Sharon's classmates on the inside along with the photograph, and lists that she is nine years old and attending Emerald. "National School Studios" is listed as the photography studio in the lower right corner of the card.Collection
