Description

a: Covid-19 Plastic cling sign 14" x 11.5" placed on doors to notify people that mask per CDC were required within the building. Sign is white with green print telling people that individuals age 2 and older must wear a mask unless they can show proof of being fully vaccinated. b: Plastic cling sign 7.5" x 2.5" that could be placed over the part that said " show proof of being fully vaccinated". This changed the sign to read "Everyone age 2+, regardless of vaccination status is required to wear a mask in this building"
