Description

A cookbook focusing on baking recipes with yeast, 1961. The book contains a total of seventeen recipes, mostly for various cakes and rolls. The book also advertises and encourages the use of Fleischmann's Yeast in its recipes. The book is 5.5" x 7.25", 9 pages, adhesive bound on paper. The cover has color photographic images of different cakes and pastries, along wth packs of Fleischmann's Yeast. Three circles on the cover of different colors have text that states, "Quick The Mix!", "Flip The Switch!", and "Cooking On Ice!" Text in the lower right corner states, "17 Recipes Grandmother Couldn't Bake." The inside pages all have color illustrations with corresponding recipes.
