Calf-length white organdy dress with small flocked red polka dots that are exhibited on the opposite side of the fabric as well as the front. The dress has a v neckline with a wide shawl collar that crosses over the body and is sewn into the opposite side of the dress. The collar has self-fabric ruffles. The short cap sleeves are made of several tiers of ruffles. The dress has a natural waistline and two tiers of ruffles on the skirt spaced about 6 inches apart. The hem also has an attachment of one tier of ruffles. There is no zipper or closure, presumably the dress fits over the head. Dress measures 16" (w) x 48" (l).Collection
