Description

Navy blue velvet hat that perches on top of the head. There is a bow on either side of the head, however they are a stiff material that likely helps keep the hat on the wearer's head. There is a netting on top of the hat that would hang down on all sides, it is attached at center. Navy velvet, netting and bows. The hat measures 1.5" (h) x 7" (diam).
