Description

A simple black and white caricature of former presidents Ike and Harry. It is framed in a red border and reads "I miss Ike! Hell, I even miss Ol' Harry!" Considering the year, this is likely an anti-Kennedy comic. The illustrations are drawn in pen with grey shadows and overall not a lot of detail. In the bottom right corner, it reads "T-18" in red. On the back, it reads "Baxter Lane Co." and "Amarillo, Texas U.S.A." Above it says "A Cackle Card." The illustrations are printed on cardstock.
