Was also occupied by Hogsett Lumber and Mercantile Company prior to Broomfield Lumber. Built in 1921. Located at 7905 West 120th Avenue. Photo depicts a white building, wood shingle mansard roof, and wood siding under the four windows and around the door. One tree to the left of the building, building with a brick chimney to the right. Small weedy parking lot. As of 2023, Richdell Construction, Inc. occupies the building.
