Girl in red windbreaker and pink pants was identified as Elizabeth James in October 2022 through a Facebook share. She wrote, "My father [Doug James] was a business owner in the Garden Center (Broomfield Photography Studio) and I think at times he was commissioned for Garden Center or United Bank events (or may have volunteered as part of his work on the Garden Center Chamber of Commerce. So its quite possible he took the photo (which would explain why I am in it!). And looking more closely, I think the year had to be closer to 77-78 since I hadn't lost any teeth yet. The haircut- blame Dorothy Hamil." And also "My dad owned the ‘funny wood building’ (its stucco now) at 60 Garden Center."
