Item is a letter from the Jefferson County Airport to the Broomfield Bank. Letter is printed on a white sheet of paper, and at the top, general information (location, phone number, etc.) about the Airport is included. The letter was written on November 13, 1973 by W.H. Huntsbarger, the Airport Manager. Huntsbarger wrote in order to see if the Broomfield Bank would be willing to loan the Airport $200,000 dollars for the expansion of the T-hangars. At the bottom of this first letter, there is a small printed drawing of an airplane landing at the base of a mountain range. Stapled to the first letter is a second letter, printed on yellow paper. This letter was written on November 16, 1973 by I.K. Hoyle, the President of Broomfield Bank. It was written in order to inform Huntsbarger that the bank would not be able to loan them the money.Collection
