This is an advertisement for the Colman Selling Co. In this advertisement it is believed that he is advertising a suburb lot in Lakeview due to the top in small print saying "BEAUTIFUL LAKEVIEW VALLEY Formerly Broomfield (Denver's Ideal Suburb)-- You can Live here and Still do Business in the City". Each lot is being sold for $125 for a limited time. The lots come in the size 50x125 and the size is advertised as "Double the size of a city lot, and large enough to keep a cow, chickens, and have a garden".
This is not the only type that the advertisement talks about live stock, it also says "CHICKENS AND SQUABS CAN BE RAISED and splendid profits made by selling them in Denver. There is plenty of good [pasture for cows and the creamery pf the town will buy the milk."
The advertisement keeps mentioning that Broomfield is now Lakeview Valley, it is mentioned when it says "We own a large acreage in and around Broomfield, Colorado, now known as LAKEVIEW VALLEY. The town site is located on the lines of three railroads, the new Denver & Boulder Electric line, the Colorado & Southern and the Burlington. The new Electric road brings LAKEVIEW WITHIN 20 minutes' ride of Denver. The cars run on regular schedule and low commutation rates will be made residents along the line".
In the advertisement they also talks about the mining like by saying "Coal Mine Within Three Miles of the Town provides, at All Times Coal for $3 Per Ton"Collection
