Printed on back in black text: "Mr. F.W. Hunter of Denver and two friends. Mr. Hunter operatied the Case Engine used in the first graveling of the present 120 Ave. through oringinal Broomfield, turning north at Pine's corner to join Hwy. 287 as it crossed the railroad track. At that time, there was no road running parallel with (?)and on the north side of the roailroad. (Taken Januray 3, 1915 and submitted by Mrs. Blanche Weyerman, 160 Emerald, Broomfield)"
