Description

House located at 7350 West 120th Avenue, 1979. According to research done by Museum staff in 1979, the house may have been built by Richard J. Vaughan, who later lived and worked out of the Broomfield Train Depot in the 1930s. The house in the image is shown at an angle, white, with a shingle roof and horizontal boards on the sides and front. An overhanging roof structure with supports is over the porch and front door. A swing bench is hanging from the overhang. The roof also has a brick chimney and television antennae. The front of the house has two windows with wooden shutters on the outside on either side of the porch.
