This is a small yellow ribbon attached to a metal name tag with light blue text. The metal tag is brass colored and would hold a paper insert with a name written on it, this is missing. The ribbon reads, "64th Annual Convention, Colorado State Grange, Denver Col, Jan. 17-18-19-20, 1938". The ribbon measures 5" (h) x 1.5" (w).
