This is a nametag with a yellow ribbon attached to it. The nametag is made of a piece of plastic with a piece of paper inside it. The paper reads, "Miles Crawford/ Crescent #136". The ribbon has black text that reads, "74th/ Annual/ Convention/ Colorado/ State/ Grange/ Jan. 25-26-27-28/ 1948". The nametag and ribbon measure 2.5" (w) x 8" (l) together.
