This is a nametag with a yellow ribbon attached. The nametag is made of a plastic sleeve with a piece of paper inside of it. The paper reads, "Miles Crawford/ Crescent Grange #136". The ribbon has black text that reads, "76th/ Annual/ Convention/ Colorado/ State/ Grange/ Denver Jan 22-23-24-25th/ 1950". The nametag and ribbon measure 2.5" (w) x 8" (l) together.
