The top layer is a short tri-colored ribbon. The red white and blue striped ribbon has a round metal-framed medallion on the end. The medallion has an image of wheat, farm implements, and two clasped hands on a white background with black text reading, "Patrons of Husbandry."
On the reverse is a black ribbon with silver text that reads "In Memoriam Crescent Grange No. 136 Broomfield, Colo." There are granger symbols, including the clasped hands, in silver.
