This woven kahki-colored belt measures 1"(W) x 40"(L). It has a metal buckle and metal end/tip. There is also a patent date of January 12, 1904. The buckle is marked "Anchor Brand/PAT. JAN 12.04" and has a maker's mark of an anchor. The tip is marked with the text "MILLS" inside the outline of a cartridge. The number 651 is below. The back of the tip is marked "QUMSD," which stands for United States Quarter Master Depot.
