Item is a newsletter published for the Rocky Flats Division of the Dow Chemical Company on May 28, 1971. The newsletter is folded like a magazine but opens up as a newspaper. Black-and-white photos on the front cover introduce some of the articles that are featured in the newsletter. The newsletter includes: - the announcement of a new plutonium recovery facility at Rocky Flats by J.M.
