Item is a photograph printed on Kodak paper taken during the 1989 Broomfield Days event. In the photo, a large service truck decorated with blue, purple, orange, and pink balloons drives down the street. Some kids are sitting at the back of the truck, and crowds on both sides of the street have gathered to watch the parade. Some people are walking along next to or behind the truck. The truck is blue and white and belongs to the telephone company US West. The company had been formed in 1984 and serviced the fourteen states that had made up the Mountain Bell.
