This is a colored video of the 1961 Broomfield Days Parade.
-The first car we see is a Blue Convertible. There is a sign on the side of the convertible unfortunately the red print on the sign is unreadable but you can make out the Black print, it says "ORA LEE JACOBUCCI". With that information we assume the lady sitting in the back is Ora Jacobucci, she wears a strapless light blue dress.
-The second car is a red Convertible. You can see that the driver is wearing a black cowboy hat. There is a sign on the side of the convertible unfortunately the red print on the sign is unreadable but you can make out the Black print, it says "Jackie Jones".
- The lady is wearing a White strapless dress with white gloves that go a little
pass the elbow.
-The third car is a Black Convertible. Unfortunately the sign on this car is completely unreadable.
- The lady appears to be wearing a white strapless dress with a pink top and
white skirt.
- During the parade a little boy cuts in front of the camera. He has short blonde hair with dark color glasses and is holding a Mickey head balloon.
-The Fourth car is a convertible it appears to be dark blue. Unfortunately the sign on this car is completely unreadable.
- The lady riding in the back of the car appears to be wearing a strapless white
dress but around her waist is a black ribbon and she is wearing long black
gloves
- Behind her seems to be the Wells Fargo building.
- The fifth car is a red convertible. Unfortunately the sign on this car is completely unreadable.
- The lady appears to be wearing a black strapless dress with a white ribbon
around her waist and white long gloves
- Two young boys ride pass on their bikes
- There is a group of men riding horses
- The Sixth car is a gray convertible. Unfortunately the sign on this car is completely unreadable..
- The lady appears to be wearing white strapless dress with white long gloves
- laying next to her hip appears to a bouquet of flowers. They look to be white and
red roses.
- A very small buggy being pulled by a small horse. A grown man sits in the front and children are siting in the buggy.
- A blue and red train float, the train reads "Else's (?) Good Food Line"
- The train is pulling:
- Something that appear to be a coffee cup
- A Milk Carton
- Something that looks like a spice container
- Maybe a Campbell can
- A little House
- The seventh car is a white convertible but you we cannot make out the people in the car or what the sign says.
-Two white horses ridden by men and one brown horse ridden by a woman all of them carry a US flag
- A kid riding a pony wearing a yellow shirt and a tan hat.
-Two people riding horses come one on a white and Brown horse holding a Colorado flag. The other one rides a black horse holding an unknown flag
-The whole street is filled with people riding horses.Collection
