This is a bar of soap in a dark blue and white paper wrapper. P and G The white naphtha soap is written on the top of the packaging. This was a laundry and all purpose cleaning soap. Proctor and Gamble are still in business today. The soap measures 1.5" (h) x 2.75" (w) x 4.25" (l).
