Five letters written by Jack Mefford from the Hull Mefford, Inc in September of 1963, and sent to real estate companies. Each of the letters repeat a lot of the same things, and regards the Broomfield promotion that is co-sponsored by Empire Savings, Turnpike Land, and the The Broomfield Heights Bank. Each company is given six days which their company will be featured in the newspaper. The dates that they are all given fall on either a Monday, Wednesday, or Friday in a given 10 week span, and that the ad that they want to run must be submitted a week before the publish date. The letter also says that for all six ads, it only costed them $50.
Along with the five letters re a list of the individual billings for the real estate companies, and the addresses of all the realty offices.Collection
