Scope and Content

Valentine's Day card, 1945. Unused. Features an image of a heart-shaped box containing roses and violets with a lacy dolly. Flowers are printed on cloth and raised with stuffing. Front of card reads "'Valentine Greetings / "Thinking of You, Caring for You'". Interior features and image of a heart with flowers on left, and on right text reading "Thinking of you, caring for you, Loving you day by day, Hoping that life will scatter Its blessings on your way. Thinking of you, caring for you With love that can't be told Wishing you, always, all the cheer You own dearheart can hold." Backside reads "35 V 813 / Copyright MCMXLV / Rust Craft Boston, U.S.A."
