Description
Item is a photograph printed on Kodak paper taken during the 1989 Broomfield Days event. In the photo, crowds are gathered on both sides of the street to watch the parade. A large group of children is walking down the road, with some in the front carrying multicolored letters that spell out "Centennial," which indicates that they most likely went to Centennial Elementary School. Many are carrying balloons, and white tents housing more festivities are visible in the back beneath the trees.
