This is a metal lapel pin owned by Jim Shafer. It measures .562" (H) x .375" (D) x 1" (L). The face of the pin shows a mountain scene (zig-zag bands of blue, white, and gold) and a red cross outlined in gold on the top right corner. This cross actual hangs off the corner so that one arm goes beyond the rectangular shape of the pin. On the back on the pin is a metal clasp.
This pin is attached to a paper card with two other pins and a gold seal.
