Flyer/brochure for "Centaur Homes" - "A Product of MOR Building Company" and includes floor plans and architectural renderings of two home styles "C-200" and "C-100". Includes hand-written notes about the C-100 model, possibly made by the donor's mother Donna Grass. One note in black ink (different than the other blue ink notes) reads, "House we looked at in Boulder to possibly buy in 1966. By 1998 is sitting almost on same street as shopping area of Table Mesa." Unfortuantely no address is listed. Price for house included. Drawing has "Mike Gress 66" printed underneath it; likely dating this flyer to 1966 or so.Collection
