Legal sized paper with map of Miramonte Subdivion and Dedication letter on one side, and Protective Convenents list on reverse. The dedication letter states that the land that became the Miramonte Subdivision was owned by the Transamerica Development Company, EK and Jennifer Pierce, and the Broomfield Methodist Church. Dated 1965. Along left edge is "title Guaranty Company" of Boulder. Reverse side lists covenents.
