Home recording of a 1994 cable television segment urging Broomfield residents to vote on "Ballot Issue 2B" - a ballot question asking whether to add a .25% sales and use tax to go towards protecting and improving open space and parks in Broomfield. The Ballot measure passed and was extended agin in 2001. Contains video footage shot around the city, particularly of parks and open space, as well as children, schools, new construction, new neighborhoods in 1994 etc. The film footage is overlaid with commentary from a man and women (Shirley Schoville and George Grant) about life in Broomfield and how important it is to vote on Issue 2B. Beginning is cut off. Footage repeats.
